3M Steri-Drape Incise Drape, 1000 Series
A breathable, tear-resistant incise film from the 1000 series that adheres to the skin and conforms to body contours, supporting a sterile field during surgery.
The 3M Steri-Drape Incise Drape, 1000 series, is a non-antimicrobial incise film applied directly over the prepped skin at the start of a surgical procedure. Made from a breathable, durable and tear-resistant film, it conforms closely to the contours of the patient's body, which lets the surgical team move or reposition a limb mid procedure without the drape lifting or tearing away from the skin.
By adhering to the operative area, it helps reduce the risk of the surgical field becoming contaminated by unprepped skin, instruments or fluid. This incise drape is used across general and orthopaedic surgery wherever a stable, sterile working surface is needed over the incision site. It comes in the 1000 series Model configuration and is stocked under several catalog numbers, giving surgical teams a choice of pack sizes to match different case volumes and procedure types in the operating theatre.
