Medical equipment installation, calibration and maintenance in the UAE
We do not stop at delivery. Installation, MOHAP registration, calibration, annual maintenance contracts and staff training are handled by our own engineers from Dubai.
SupplyMedical equipment supply and sourcing
Catalogue supply plus sourcing for items we do not stock. We hold distribution agreements with more than sixty manufacturers and will quote against a specification, a model number or a competitor part reference.
- Itemised quotations within 24 hours
- Volume and tender pricing
- Ex-stock delivery on fast-moving lines
- Consolidated multi-item orders
CommissioningInstallation and commissioning
Our biomedical engineers install, commission and hand over equipment on site. The unit is verified against manufacturer specification before sign-off, and the acceptance report goes to your biomedical department.
- On-site installation across all emirates
- Performance verification at hand-over
- Integration with existing central stations
- Acceptance documentation for your records
ComplianceRegulatory and MOHAP registration
Device registration with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, customs clearance and import documentation handled in-house — the most common cause of delayed medical equipment delivery in the UAE.
- MOHAP product registration
- Customs clearance and import permits
- CE and FDA documentation packs
- Manufacturer authorisation letters for tenders
MaintenanceCalibration and preventive maintenance
Scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance for diagnostic, laboratory and monitoring equipment, with traceable certificates issued after each visit.
- Traceable calibration certificates
- Scheduled PPM visits
- Fault diagnosis and repair
- Loan units on selected contracts
ContractsAnnual maintenance contracts (AMC)
Fixed-cost annual maintenance covering labour, scheduled visits and agreed response times. Budgeting becomes predictable, and downtime stops being an unplanned expense.
- Comprehensive and labour-only options
- Defined response times
- Priority spare parts allocation
- Annual asset condition reporting
TrainingTraining and after-sales support
Clinical and technical training for the staff who will use and maintain the equipment, delivered at hand-over and repeatable for new starters.
- Clinical user training
- Biomedical technical training
- Local spare parts and warranty handling
- Named account contact
Response times and coverage
Response times are agreed in the contract rather than left vague. Critical care equipment — monitors, defibrillators, infusion pumps and ventilators — is prioritised, with loan units available on selected contracts so a fault does not take a bed out of service.
