Medical equipment procurement questions, answered
Lead times, MOHAP registration, warranty terms, installation and tender support — the questions UAE procurement teams ask us most.
How quickly will I receive a medical equipment quotation?
Catalogue items are quoted within 24 hours. Sourced or configured equipment typically takes two to three working days while we confirm lead times and pricing with the manufacturer. Every quotation is itemised with lead times, warranty terms and delivery costs.
Do you handle MOHAP product registration?
Yes. Device registration with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention is handled as part of the order, and equipment is supplied with the manufacturer documentation your regulator and biomedical team will ask for.
Do you deliver medical equipment outside Dubai?
We deliver across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — and export to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Export documentation and customs clearance are handled as part of the order.
Is installation and training included?
Installation, commissioning and staff training are included on most capital equipment orders. Our biomedical engineers carry out the hand-over and confirm the unit is operating to specification. What is covered is stated explicitly on each quotation.
What warranty comes with your medical equipment?
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, with two years parts and labour on most capital items. Warranty claims and spare parts are handled locally from Dubai, so you are not waiting on an overseas service desk.
Can you supply equipment for a government tender?
Yes. We regularly support tender submissions with itemised pricing, compliance documentation, manufacturer authorisation letters and delivery schedules. Send us the tender specification and our team will prepare the response pack.
Can you source medical equipment not listed on your website?
Often, yes. Our online catalogue is a subset of what we supply. Send the specification or model number and we will come back with options, pricing and lead times — or tell you honestly if we cannot source it.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for catalogue items. For sourced equipment and consolidated shipments we will tell you upfront if an order is too small to be economic to import, and suggest alternatives.
Do you supply medical consumables and disposables?
Yes. Alongside capital equipment we supply medical disposables and consumables — gloves, syringes, dressings, laboratory reagents and sterilisation supplies — and can set up recurring standing orders so stock does not run out.
Can you supply refurbished or used medical equipment?
We supply new equipment as standard. Certified refurbished units are available on selected imaging and monitoring lines where the manufacturer supports refurbishment, always with warranty and full documentation. We will tell you plainly when refurbished is and is not appropriate.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are set per account. Established healthcare clients typically work on 30 to 60 day credit terms after account approval; first orders and one-off purchases are usually on advance or delivery terms. Terms are stated on every quotation.
How long does MOHAP registration take for a new device?
Registration timelines depend on the device class and the completeness of the manufacturer dossier. Low-risk devices can be registered in a few weeks, higher-risk equipment takes longer. We start registration in parallel with the order rather than after it, which is what keeps delivery dates realistic.
Do you provide equipment for clinic licensing inspections?
Yes. We supply the equipment list required for DHA and MOHAP clinic licensing, with registration certificates and conformity documentation prepared for your licensing file.
