Medical equipment exported from Dubai to the GCC, Africa and Asia
We supply hospitals, clinics, distributors and ministry procurement programmes across 51+ markets — consolidating orders in Dubai and shipping them as one consignment with the documentation your customs authority will ask for.
One consolidated shipment
Orders spanning several manufacturers are assembled in Dubai and shipped as a single consignment, under one set of export documents — rather than paying freight and clearance on each supplier separately.
Export documentation prepared
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and manufacturer documentation are prepared before dispatch, and matched to what your destination market actually requires.
Air and sea freight
Air freight for urgent and high-value equipment; sea freight from Jebel Ali for volume consumables. We quote both so the freight decision is yours.

Why buyers in Africa and the GCC source through Dubai
Buying medical equipment direct from manufacturers in Europe, the United States and Asia means managing several suppliers, several currencies and several freight consignments — each with its own paperwork and its own delay. For a hospital in Nairobi or a distributor in Lagos, that complexity usually costs more than the equipment.
Dubai exists as a trading hub precisely to remove that problem. Goods from multiple manufacturers are consolidated here, and the free-zone and port infrastructure around Jebel Ali is built for re-export rather than domestic distribution. One order, one invoice, one shipment, one set of documents.
What we supply for export
The full catalogue is available for export — over 5,000 product lines across surgical instruments, dental, emergency and resuscitation, wound care, diagnostics, laboratory equipment, hospital furniture, respiratory care and consumables. Browse the product catalogue or send us a specification and we will quote against it.
Tenders and donor-funded procurement

Export questions
Which countries do you export medical equipment to?
We ship from Dubai to the GCC, across Africa, and into South and Central Asia — more than fifty destination markets. Road freight covers the Gulf, and air or sea freight covers everything further out depending on order size and urgency.
How does exporting through Dubai reduce cost and lead time?
Dubai is a consolidation point. Rather than placing separate orders with manufacturers in several countries and paying freight on each, your order is assembled here and shipped as one consignment, with a single set of export documents. Jebel Ali and the airport free zones make that routing practical for both air and sea freight.
Who handles import clearance in the destination country?
We prepare the export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and manufacturer documentation — and work with your clearing agent at destination. Import licensing and duties remain the importer’s responsibility, and we tell you upfront what your market will require.
Can you supply documentation for tenders and donor-funded projects?
Yes. Ministry of health tenders and donor-funded procurement typically require manufacturer authorisation letters, country-of-origin certificates and a compliant technical specification. Send us the tender document and we will prepare the response pack.
What are the minimum order quantities for export?
There is no fixed minimum, but freight economics matter: for distant markets a consolidated container is far cheaper per unit than repeated air shipments. We will tell you honestly when it is worth waiting to consolidate an order.
Do you supply in currencies other than AED?
Quotations can be issued in AED or USD. USD is the practical choice for most African and South Asian buyers, and it is what we default to unless you ask otherwise.
