The Dräger Y-piece 90° (N) is a reusable angled Y-piece for neonatal breathing circuits. It joins the inspiratory and expiratory limbs of the circuit to the patient connection, and the 90 degree angle directs the patient limb away from the hose run. It includes a suction opening, which allows a suction catheter to be passed without fully disconnecting the patient from the circuit.
Being reusable, it is reprocessed between patients according to the device instructions for use rather than discarded.
