Disposable soft fabric headgear in large, used to secure anaesthesia face masks and ventilation interfaces hands-free in theatre and critical care.
This headgear is a disposable soft fabric harness that holds a face mask against the patient without the clinician having to maintain a manual grip. It attaches to the hook ring of a compatible mask and spreads the retaining force across the back of the head. This unit is the large size, intended for larger adult head circumferences.
It is single-patient-use and is discarded after the case. It is used in the operating room and in other settings where a mask must be held in place for a sustained period, across adult, paediatric and neonatal patients depending on the mask it is paired with. The mask and its hook ring are ordered separately. The headgear is supplied under order code MP01560, GTIN 4048675041054, manufactured in Taiwan.
