This hook ring fits the 15 mm outside diameter connector of a Dräger reusable silicone face mask and provides the anchor points for a mask harness. It covers mask sizes 0 and 1, the neonatal end of the silicone mask range. Unlike the disposable rings supplied for single-use mask families, this ring is reusable and is reprocessed with the mask it belongs to.
It is used in neonatal intensive care and in the operating room, on neonates receiving mask ventilation or inhalational anaesthesia.
