3M Victory Series Second Bicuspid Tubes are orthodontic buccal tubes bonded to second bicuspid teeth as anchorage points for the archwire during fixed appliance treatment. The design eliminates occlusal tie wings found on some competing tubes, which lowers the chance of the tube interfering with the patient's bite and reduces the potential for bond failures caused by that interference.
This range is transitioning from the 3M brand name to Solventum, so orthodontists may see either branding depending on when stock was manufactured, though the product itself is unchanged. It is available with different adhesive precoat options, including APC II, APC PLUS and non-coated variants, and covers both upper and lower arch configurations, giving practices flexibility in how they order to match their preferred bonding technique.
As a fixed component bonded directly to the tooth, it is intended for single patient use across the course of orthodontic treatment rather than as a reusable instrument.
