Spirometer, Differential Pressure Lung Function
A differential pressure spirometer with automatic BTPS correction, measuring over 100 lung function parameters including FVC, VC, MVV and MV for daily hospital and clinic use.
This Spirometer uses differential pressure detection technology combined with professional lung function software to measure more than 100 parameters related to forced vital capacity, vital capacity, maximum voluntary ventilation and minute ventilation, giving a detailed picture of a patient's respiratory function from a single test session.
It measures both inspiratory and expiratory parameters and displays the results as a real-time curve, letting the operator see the shape of the patient's breathing effort as it happens rather than only a final numerical result. Automatic BTPS correction is built in, adjusting the readings for temperature, humidity and barometric pressure so that results reflect standardised body temperature and pressure conditions rather than being skewed by the conditions in the testing room on a given day.
A quality control function with automatic QC rating helps flag whether a given test effort meets the standard needed for a reliable result, and a calibration control function supports keeping the device accurate over time through routine checks. Respiratory clinics, hospitals and occupational health services use a spirometer with this level of automatic correction and quality control for everyday pulmonary function testing.
