Sklar Blue Emmett Fistula Hook, Multiple Styles
A 9 inch hook used to locate and manipulate tissue during fistula repair surgery, available in five different angled and curved tip styles, for use in hospitals and surgical centers.
The Sklar Blue Electrosurgical Emmett Fistula Hook is a fine surgical hook used mainly in gynecologic and reconstructive surgery to locate, snag and gently retract tissue around a fistula tract during repair. Each of the five styles in this line has its own tip geometry, from angled hooks at 90 and 135 degrees to curved and double-angled patterns, giving the surgeon options for approaching the fistula from different directions depending on its location.
All are 9 inches overall and finished with Sklar's blue electrosurgical coating for use alongside active cautery devices. This particular listing covers the Style 5 double-angled tip. Because fistula anatomy varies from case to case, surgical teams often keep several of the hook styles on hand, either individually or as part of the complete Emmett set, so the right angle is available without changing instruments mid procedure.
It is intended for use by trained surgical staff and each hook is sold separately.
