The Farabeuf retractor from Bionex is a double ended, curved handheld retractor made from stainless steel, designed for easy usage during a range of surgical procedures. 5 inch, allowing the surgical team to choose the size best suited to the depth and scale of the incision being retracted, from smaller, more superficial procedures through to slightly deeper surgical sites.
Each end of the instrument has a curved blade, letting the assistant switch between the two working surfaces as needed without reaching for a second instrument. As with other stainless steel surgical retractors, it is a professional medical grade product that is fully autoclavable, supporting repeated sterilisation and reuse across many procedures.
