The Woodpecker RVG i-Sensor H1 is an intraoral digital radiography sensor designed to make chairside dental imaging both economical and durable. It offers high resolution imaging with a theoretical resolution of 25 line pairs per millimetre, using CMOS sensor technology to capture clear intraoral images for diagnosis.
4mm thick, it is described as the thinnest sensor in its category, which improves patient comfort when the sensor is placed inside the mouth compared with bulkier alternatives. Durability is a strong focus of the H1 design, having passed more than 80,000 bending tests and carrying an IP68 protection rating against dust and water ingress, both important given how frequently a sensor is handled, cleaned and repositioned in a busy practice.
