The Tegaderm High Performance Non-Adhesive Foam Dressing is a non-adherent wound dressing that can be used as either a primary or secondary dressing for wounds ranging from low to highly exuding, covering both partial and full thickness wounds. Unlike the adhesive bordered versions of this product line, this non-adhesive option has no sticky border of its own, which makes it well suited for use under compression bandaging or in situations where the surrounding skin cannot tolerate an adhesive dressing directly, or where a separate secondary dressing or wrap is being used to hold it in place.
The multi-layer foam construction absorbs and manages wound exudate while helping maintain a stable, moist wound environment, supporting healing across the range of exudate levels the dressing is designed for. Because it does not rely on its own adhesive to stay in position, clinicians have flexibility in how they secure it, whether with a separate retention dressing, a bandage or compression wrap.
