Sklar Merit Stiletto Grooming Shears, Semi Oval Blades
An 8-1/2 inch grooming shear with semi oval blades and an ergonomic finger rest, used by professional groomers for precise coat trimming and shaping.
The Sklar Merit Stiletto Grooming Shears is a professional grooming tool with straight semi oval blades, a shape intended to give a slightly different cutting feel and finish compared with a fully flat straight blade, offering groomers a choice suited to particular coat types and personal cutting style.
Measuring 8-1/2 inches, the shears are sized for general coat work across a range of breeds, with purple finger pads and an ergonomic finger rest supporting a comfortable, controlled grip through longer grooming sessions. Note that this listing is sold as a single shear rather than a pair, and the product range includes multiple variants offering a choice of finish and configuration.
Shears of this kind are a core tool in professional pet grooming, used for shaping, trimming and finishing coat work across dogs and other groomed animals. Because grooming shears see heavy repeated use in a professional setting, a durable, well balanced design matters for both cutting performance and operator comfort over a working day.
Constructed from stainless steel, the shears hold a sharp edge through repeated use and can be cleaned and maintained between clients.
