Sklar Braun-Ralph Suction Tube, 5mm
A 12-1/4 inch suction tube with a 5mm tube diameter and a 7mm blunt tip, used to remove blood and fluid from the surgical field during surgery.
The Sklar Braun-Ralph Suction Tube is a surgical suction instrument used to clear blood, irrigation fluid and debris from the operative field so the surgeon can maintain a clear view during the procedure. Its 5mm tube diameter connects to standard suction tubing, while the 7mm blunt tip is designed to touch tissue without causing sharp trauma while suctioning close to delicate structures.
At approximately 12-1/4 inches overall, it is long enough to reach into moderately deep surgical cavities. This is a single configuration listing, sold as an individual instrument. It is intended for use by trained surgical staff across general and specialty surgery wherever active suction is needed, and as a reusable metal instrument it is cleaned and sterilised between cases rather than replaced after single use.
