Sklar Blue Laufe Uterine Polyp Forceps
A 7-3/4 inch forceps used to grasp and remove polyps from the uterine cavity during gynecologic procedures, finished with an electrosurgical coating, for use in hospitals and surgical centers.
The Sklar Blue Electrosurgical Laufe Uterine Polyp Forceps is a grasping instrument shaped and sized for reaching into the uterine cavity to take hold of and remove polyps during gynecologic procedures. At 7-3/4 inches overall, it is long enough to work through the cervical canal while still giving the surgeon a controlled grip at the tip.
The blue electrosurgical coating is intended for use in cases where cautery devices are active nearby, helping insulate the instrument during the procedure. This is a single configuration listing, sold as an individual instrument rather than part of a set. It is intended for use by trained gynecologic surgical staff performing dilation and curettage, polypectomy or related uterine procedures, and is typically kept alongside curettes and other uterine instruments on the same tray.
