Sklar Black Allis Tissue Forceps, 5x6 Teeth
A black finished Allis pattern forceps from Sklar available in three sizes, used by surgeons to grasp and hold tissue securely during laser assisted surgical procedures.
The Sklar Black Laser Allis Tissue Forceps follow the well known Allis pattern, recognised for its multi tooth jaw designed to hold tissue firmly without slipping, and finished here in a black, non reflective coating suited to use alongside a surgical laser. This listing is available in three sizes, from a delicate 5 inch version with a 4x5 tooth jaw up to larger 7-1/2 and 9-1/2 inch versions with a 5x6 tooth jaw, letting the surgical team choose the size that matches the tissue and depth of the surgical field.
Allis forceps are commonly used to grasp fascia, bowel or other tissue that needs a secure hold during dissection or retraction, and the black finish keeps the instrument from reflecting the laser beam back into the surgical field. These forceps are used by general, gynecologic and plastic surgeons performing laser assisted procedures.
As a reusable stainless instrument, it requires careful cleaning and sterilization between cases to preserve both the jaw function and the black coating. Surgical centres across the UAE and GCC stock black finished Allis forceps for laser theatre use.
