Sklar ACL/PCL Tray, Level C
An instrument tray, Level C, used to organise and hold instruments needed during ACL or PCL ligament reconstruction surgery.
The Sklar ACL/PCL Tray, Level C, is an instrument tray designed to hold and organise a further set of instruments used during anterior cruciate ligament or posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery on the knee. Splitting the full ACL/PCL instrument system across separate Level A, B and C trays lets a hospital's sterile processing department assemble, sterilise and verify each grouping independently, rather than tracking every guide, handle and accessory as a single large set.
This Level C tray completes the trio alongside Level A and Level B, together covering the range of instruments used through the different stages of ligament reconstruction, from initial tunnel guide placement to graft passage and final fixation. Orthopaedic surgical teams rely on this structured, multi tray layout to keep a complex instrument system organised and to confirm completeness before and after a procedure, reducing the risk of a missing component going unnoticed mid case.
As a reusable stainless steel tray, it is processed through standard sterilisation between uses.
