Reliance Sterile Wound Dressing, Unboxed
A low adherent sterile wound dressing with a soft conforming stretch bandage attached, approved for mandatory first aid kits, in No.8 and No.9 sizes.
This sterile dressing is the standard type most familiar to first aiders from earlier HSE kits, updated with a more absorbent pad and a natural low adherence, low tack contact layer against the wound. A soft, conforming stretch bandage is attached to the pad, allowing the whole dressing to be wrapped and secured around the wound without needing a separate bandage or tape.
It is approved for use in mandatory workplace first aid kits, and is supplied unboxed here as a flow wrapped format for restocking an existing kit rather than as a full boxed retail unit. 9 large sizes, giving a choice between a moderate and a larger pad depending on the size of the wound being treated.
Dressings of this type are a core, frequently restocked item in workplace first aid kits and cabinets, used by trained first aiders for wounds too large for a simple plaster but not requiring hospital treatment.
