This eye pad dressing is a sterile, low adherent pad attached to a continuous stretch bandage, designed for covering and protecting eye injuries without sticking to the wound surface. The thick pad gives added cushioning and comfort compared with thinner alternatives, while the attached bandage allows the dressing to be wrapped and secured in place without needing separate tape or a second bandage.
Each dressing is individually wrapped and supplied sterile, so it can be opened and applied directly without additional preparation, which matters in a workplace or clinical setting where speed and hygiene are both priorities. It is suitable for restocking HSE compliant first aid kits and cabinets, and is used by first aiders, occupational health staff and clinic personnel treating minor eye injuries, foreign body incidents or post procedure eye covering.
