The BurnSoothe Sachet is a compact, single dose format of the BurnSoothe burn dressing, designed to fit easily into a small first aid kit, pocket or glovebox where a full sized dressing might be unnecessary or impractical. 5 grams, the sachet is intended for emergency first aid use immediately after a minor burn, relieving pain and providing a cooling, comforting effect on the injured skin.
Like the rest of the BurnSoothe range, the dressing inside the sachet is non-adherent, so it does not stick to burnt skin and can be removed with less discomfort than a standard dry dressing, while also helping to prevent contamination of the open or damaged skin. Its small footprint makes it a sensible addition to personal first aid kits, vehicle glove boxes, sports bags and travel kits, where carrying a full sized burn dressing may not be practical but the risk of a minor burn from cooking, tools or hot surfaces is still present.
