The Body Fluid Clean-Up Spill Kit Refill is used to restock a spill kit once its original single application packs have been used, so a facility always has a ready response available for the next incident. Each refill pack is a complete, single use incident kit designed for the safe handling, containment and disposal of infectious micro-organisms found in blood, vomit, urine, mucus, faeces or semen, matching the standard set out for the main spill kit range.
The pack is individually boxed, which keeps it clean and easy to store as a spare alongside existing kits or dispensers, and clear instructions are printed on the outside of the pack so a first aider or cleaner can follow the correct procedure without needing separate training material on hand. This focus on complete protection and clear guidance is intended to reduce the risk of exposure to the person carrying out the clean up.
