Reliance Eye Wash and Skin Flush Kit, Redcap Solution

This kit combines standard Reliwash saline eye wash, suited to general flushing and irrigation of the eyes, with the Redcap phosphate buffered solution, which has an additional neutralising effect on acid and alkali chemical splashes. Because the Redcap solution neutralises rather than simply diluting the chemical, it significantly reduces both the flushing time and the volume of fluid needed to treat an acid or alkali exposure compared with saline alone, which matters when responding quickly to a chemical splash to the eye or skin.
