Parallel Bar AVSG-1, With Correction Board
A parallel bar fitted with a correction board, offering stable hand support and guided foot alignment for walking practice and posture correction in physiotherapy settings.
The Parallel Bar with Correction Board, model AVSG-1, is specifically designed for use in physiotherapy clinics, hospitals and rehabilitation centres where posture and gait correction are part of a patient's recovery goals. Like a standard parallel bar, it assists patients during walking practice and balance training by offering two stable handrails to hold onto, but it adds a correction board built into the walking surface that provides guided foot alignment as the patient steps.
This helps therapists cue proper foot placement and stride pattern during training, rather than relying only on verbal instruction. The bar has an overall size of 335 by 116 centimetres, with height adjustable between 78 and 120 centimetres to accommodate patients of different heights and recovery stages.
Rehabilitation teams working with patients who have gait abnormalities, following stroke, orthopedic surgery or neurological conditions, can use this combination of hand support and foot guidance to reinforce correct movement patterns during structured walking sessions.
