The Oxygen Regulator, Heavy Duty, is built for demanding daily use where a lighter weight regulator might not hold up. Its outlet flow rate is adjustable from 0 to 15 litres per minute at a 50 PSI outlet pressure, covering the range typically needed for standard oxygen therapy. The regulator uses a CGA 992 inlet fitting with a hand tight wheel for top entry connection to the cylinder valve, and a 6 centimetre extended connector for a secure fit.
Its all brass body with chrome plating is chosen for strength and corrosion resistance under repeated connection and disconnection, while a 2 inch pressure gauge gives a clear, easy to read indication of remaining cylinder pressure. Crack resistant polycarbonate tubes provide a transparent display of flow, letting staff visually confirm the set rate at a glance.
The device meets a flow output accuracy of within plus or minus 10 percent to medical standard, making it suitable for hospitals, ambulances and home oxygen therapy providers needing dependable, heavy duty flow control.
