Dräger Water Trap A, Reusable
A reusable Water Trap A for Dräger anaesthesia workstations and ventilators, separating condensate from the sampled gas before it reaches the measuring unit.
The Dräger Water Trap A is a reusable water trap that sits in the gas sampling path and collects condensate and moisture carried from the patient circuit, so that liquid does not reach the gas measuring unit downstream. The trap is emptied and reprocessed rather than discarded, and is replaced when it no longer performs correctly or when the maintenance schedule calls for it.
It is manufactured in Germany. Gas sampling with water separation is used in operating rooms and intensive care units for adult and paediatric patients. The trap fits a broad part of the Dräger fleet, including Zeus and Zeus IE, Perseus A500, the Atlan A100, A100 XL, A300 and A300 XL anaesthesia workstations, the Fabius Tiro, Fabius GSP, Fabius plus, Fabius plus XL and Fabius MRI machines, and Evita 2 dura, Evita 4, Evita XL, Evita V500, Evita V600 and Evita V800 ventilators as well as Savina, Savina 300 and Savina Color units.
Mixed fleets should confirm the water trap variant fitted to each device, as the letter designation identifies the version. The water trap is supplied individually under part number 8404985, manufactured in Germany and identified by GTIN 4048675003977. HumaNova supplies this item to hospitals, clinics and laboratories across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC.
Orders are raised against the Dräger part number and GTIN quoted above, which is the reference biomedical and procurement teams should carry through to the purchase order so that the correct variant is matched against the installed equipment. Pricing is issued on request rather than listed: submit an RFQ through the enquiry form stating the quantity required, the receiving facility and the devices the item is intended for, and the HumaNova team will respond with a written quotation.
Enquiries covering several part numbers from the same care area can be consolidated into a single request, and related consumables and spares from the Dräger range can be quoted on the same document where a department is replenishing more than one line at a time.
