Dräger TOF+ Reusable Eyebrow Sensor (Software 1.8 and Later)
A reusable eyebrow sensor for Dräger TOFscan monitors on software 1.8 and later, used when the hands and feet are unavailable for neuromuscular monitoring.
8 or later. It is positioned at the brow so that the facial nerve is stimulated and the response of the corrugator supercilii muscle is captured by the sensor's acceleromyography element. Placement at this site gives a reading from a facial muscle group rather than from the limbs, and it is selected when the usual peripheral sites cannot be used.
The eyebrow sensor is used in operating rooms during general anaesthesia where both hands and feet are inaccessible — under drapes, in use for vascular access, or within the surgical field. It is specified for adult and paediatric patients and forms part of the TOF+ sensor range for TOFscan handhelds.
7 or earlier take the earlier TOFscan sensor range, so the software revision should be confirmed before the order is placed. The sensor is supplied individually under part number MS40321, manufactured in France and identified by GTIN 3665023000504. HumaNova supplies this item to hospitals, clinics and laboratories across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC.
Orders are raised against the Dräger part number and GTIN quoted above, which is the reference biomedical and procurement teams should carry through to the purchase order so that the correct variant is matched against the installed equipment. Pricing is issued on request rather than listed: submit an RFQ through the enquiry form stating the quantity required, the receiving facility and the devices the item is intended for, and the HumaNova team will respond with a written quotation.
Enquiries covering several part numbers from the same care area can be consolidated into a single request, and related consumables and spares from the Dräger range can be quoted on the same document where a department is replenishing more than one line at a time.
