Dräger Resuscitaire Infant Resuscitation Unit
Dräger Resuscitaire infant resuscitation unit, an open warming platform with resuscitation provision for use in delivery rooms and theatres.
The Dräger Resuscitaire is an infant resuscitation unit combining an open warming platform with the gas and airway provision needed to resuscitate a newborn at the point of birth. It is supplied as a configured capital item, and versions fitted with AutoBreath take the 15 mm disposable breathing hose listed for the platform.
Other consumable lines include the VentStar Resuscitaire breathing circuits and the SoftBed mattress in scale and non-scale variants. The unit is used in delivery rooms, operating theatres handling caesarean deliveries and neonatal units where a newborn may need immediate support. It carries neonates.
Its accessory set overlaps with the Babyroo TN300: the 15 mm disposable circuit and the VentStar Resus Neo circuit are listed for both, which lets a maternity service standardise circuits across its resuscitation and warming platforms. Consumables for the platform carry their own part numbers. A maternity department commissioning a unit normally lists the circuits and mattress variant on the same enquiry as the Resuscitaire so the unit arrives ready for use in the delivery room.
Where a service already runs the Babyroo TN300, the shared circuit references mean the Resuscitaire can be added without introducing new consumable lines, which keeps the delivery suite stock list shorter across both platforms. The system is supplied to a configuration agreed at enquiry, covering the device itself and the accessories and consumables the unit will run with it.
HumaNova distributes Dräger neonatal and maternity equipment to hospitals, clinics and laboratories in the United Arab Emirates and across the GCC. Pricing is handled by request for quotation. Provide the care area, quantity and any required accessory references, and a written quotation for the full configuration will be prepared.
