Dräger PulmoVista 500 Electrical Impedance Tomography System
Dräger PulmoVista 500 electrical impedance tomography system, showing regional distribution of ventilation at the bedside in intensive care.
The Dräger PulmoVista 500 is an electrical impedance tomography system. Using a belt of electrodes placed around the patient's thorax, it produces images of the regional distribution of ventilation within a cross-section of the lung and displays them continuously at the bedside alongside the patient's ongoing ventilation.
The system is used in intensive care units and high-dependency areas caring for ventilated patients, where it is applied at the bedside next to the ventilator. Electrode belts and the associated accessories are ordered separately from the base system; specify the belt sizes required when requesting a quotation.
The electrode belt is sized to the patient, so the range of belt sizes a unit expects to use should be stated at the point of enquiry rather than settled after the system is delivered. HumaNova supplies Dräger respiratory care equipment to hospitals, clinics and laboratories across the UAE and the wider GCC.
This platform is ordered by configuration rather than as a single fixed item, so a request for quotation should state the configuration required, the number of units, the care areas the ventilators are intended for, and whether trolleys, mounting hardware or humidification are to be quoted alongside the ventilator.
Listing the consumables you expect to run with it, such as breathing circuits, expiratory valves and sensors, allows those lines to be quoted at the same time rather than raised as a separate enquiry later. Pricing is issued by request for quotation only and is not published in this catalogue. Send us the model, the quantity and your delivery location, and our team will return a written quotation covering the ventilator and the accessory lines you have listed.
