Dräger Masimo RD-SET TC-I Reusable Ear Sensor, Paediatric/Adult
A reusable Masimo RD-SET TC-I ear clip pulse oximetry sensor for paediatric and adult patients where a digit site is unsuitable.
The RD-SET TC-I is a reusable ear sensor that clips to the earlobe to measure oxygen saturation. An ear site is used when the fingers are unavailable or unsuitable — where the hands are in the surgical field, where peripheral perfusion at the digits is poor, or where the patient will not tolerate a finger sensor.
Being reusable, it is cleaned between patients according to the manufacturer's instructions and stays with the department rather than being discarded after each use. The sensor is listed for intensive care, neonatal intensive care and the operating room, and is specified for paediatric and adult patients.
Compatibility covers the Dräger Vista 300 Model A and Model C, Delta XL, M540, Vista, Vista XL, Gamma XL, Gamma XXL, Kappa XLT and the Infinity Acute Care System. It connects through an RD-SET intermediate cable, ordered separately, and is normally held in small numbers per unit alongside the disposable adhesive sensor range.
For record purposes, the catalogue records it under the Vista device family, the patient group is given as adult, neonatal and paediatric and the country of origin is Mexico. The item is not RFID tagged. The item is ordered against Dräger part number MS40067 (GTIN 843997009904), supplied in the pack configuration described above.
HumaNova supplies Dräger consumables and accessories to hospitals, clinics and laboratories across the UAE and the wider GCC, and can quote this line on its own or alongside the rest of a department's accessory list. Pricing is issued by RFQ: send the part number and the quantity required and a written quotation will be prepared.
Enquiries can be raised for a single pack or for a scheduled quantity covering a department's expected consumption, and the same reference is used on the resulting quotation, order acknowledgement and delivery paperwork so the line can be traced through the procurement cycle.
