Dräger Globe-Trotter IC Transport Incubator System
Dräger Globe-Trotter IC transport incubator system, used to carry newborns in a controlled environment during intra-hospital and inter-hospital transfer.
The Dräger Globe-Trotter IC is a transport incubator system. It houses the newborn in an enclosed compartment mounted on a transport base so the infant remains in a controlled environment while being moved. The system is supplied to a configuration agreed at enquiry, covering the base, the incubation module and the accessory and consumable lines the unit requires.
It is used in neonatal care for transfers within the hospital and for retrieval and transfer between sites, carrying neonates who need continuous environmental control in transit. It shares the SoftBed mattress reference with the Isolette TI500 and the Globe-Trotter 5400, so a service running more than one transport platform can hold a common mattress line.
Accessories and consumables carry their own part numbers and are normally listed on the same enquiry as the system, so a transport service takes delivery of a working configuration rather than the base unit alone. Transport services commonly quote a spare mattress with the system so the incubator can go back out on a job while the mattress from the previous transfer is being cleaned, rather than waiting on turnaround between calls.
The system is supplied to a configuration agreed at enquiry, covering the device itself and the accessories and consumables the unit will run with it. HumaNova distributes Dräger neonatal and maternity equipment to hospitals, clinics and laboratories in the United Arab Emirates and across the GCC. Pricing is handled by request for quotation.
Provide the care area, quantity and any required accessory references, and a written quotation for the full configuration will be prepared.
