The CoolTherm Military Burn Dressing is a sterile, trauma hydrogel, non-woven burn dressing designed to minimise trauma and further skin damage after a burn injury. CoolTherm works by absorbing the thermal energy still present in the burn, dissipating heat and actively cooling the skin, which helps limit the extent of tissue damage in the period immediately following the injury.
