Apex Locator, Digital, Backlit Display
A digital apex locator with a 4.1 inch backlit LCD display and multi-frequency detection, used to identify root canal length during endodontic treatment. It is a practical fit for clinics and hospital departments.
The Apex Locator is used in endodontic treatment to help a dentist determine the exact position of the root canal apex, supporting more accurate root canal length measurement than relying on radiographs alone. Its body is ultra thin, and it connects using a Type-C connector housed in an elegant aluminium alloy base, giving the device a compact, modern footprint on the operatory tray.
1 inch backlit LCD display, keeping the screen easy to read under typical operatory lighting conditions. Advanced multi-frequency technology is used for precise apex detection, analysing the electrical signal from more than one frequency to give a more reliable indication of canal length than a single frequency system might provide.
A foldable body design with an adjustable viewing angle lets the dentist position the screen comfortably during use rather than working around a fixed angle. The device uses histogram indicators, showing a yellow histogram and mid-frequency sound as the file nears the apex, and a green histogram with low-frequency sound to indicate the apex has been reached, guiding root canal treatment.
